After the massive success of their debut album, the Pussycat Dolls are back with only one goal in mind, DOMINATION! The much awaited second album of the Pussycat Dolls, entitled Doll Domination is set to be released this season spearheaded by the single that got youngsters and oldies alike completing the statement ”When I Grow Up!” The single created so much anticipation that it clearly dominated radio charts for several weeks in a row. It has also been the music of choice for several local TV shows. Clubs has also been playing remix after remix as this is one of the singles in hip-hop and dance history that possess multiple versions crafted by well-known mix masters worldwide.

Though “When I Grow Up” is still a crowd favorite, radio stations and music fans still can’t get enough of the Pussycat Doll vibe that their collaboration with R.Kelly entitled “Out Of This Club” is already receiving massive airplay even before its release. Yet, more credit should be allotted for their newest single, “I Hate This Part” which is reminiscent of the slow, sexy, yet sincere vibe that gave past chart topper “Stick With U” a seat in the Pussycat Dolls’ hit list.
Though Doll Domination still encompasses the empowerment and liberation that the Pussycat Dolls’ image exudes, it is hard to ignore the changes that this record posses that truly defined the growth that the Pussycat Dolls has developed in their short and very successful stay in the music industry. One of which is an impressive line up of personalities that has etched their own handprint in music history. This line up includes, R. Kelly, Timbaland, Missy Elliot and many more.
Though the Pussycat Doll’s line-up has changed with the absence of Carmit and reality TV show “Search for the Next Doll” winner, Asia the spotlight slightly moves from lead singer Nicole Scherzinger to the rest of the Pussycat Dolls members to showcase their individual talent that clearly makes up for this significant absence. The Deluxe edition includes a bonus disc that contains songs sung by each of the Pussycat Dolls. It also includes the supposed to be first single of Nicole Scherzinger’s postponed album, “Baby Love” and a unique rendition of “Perhaps, Perhaps”
The newest album of the Pussycat Dolls, Doll Domination is available in CD and digital download.
