Adam Cook, brother of American Idol season 7 winner, died due to cancer last Saturday as announced by David Cook last Sunday morning, May 3.
First reported on People.com, the announcement was made by DavidĀ at the 12th annual Race for Hope 5K in Washington, D.C. where he was serving as grand marshal.
Adam Cook, who’d been battling against cancer for more than a decade, passed away due to brain tumor. The cancer was known to the rest of American Idol audiences throughout the world after the all-out support by Adam and his family to David Cook during the competition in 2008.
David Cook is set to come to Manila this May 16 for “David Cook and David Archuleta Live in Manila” concert.
