If your blog posts, site content or work is original, then BEWARE. There are lurkers, thieves, bandits ( or whatever you call these a-holes) who are waiting and always ready to steal any of your online works.

Today, I was doing my regular blogging routine when I got a trackback from a website. It was suspicious so I decided to check it out:

I was surprised when I saw MY old post at that particular website. Then I browsed it and checked his previous entries. There you go. I saw my other blog posts in his site. Check it, and I you will definitely agree that he copied and STOLE my work.

It’s not easy to update your blog. it’s not easy to write. It takes effort and time to come up with such. Now, imagine someone benefitting and making easy money from your “hard work”. Do you think it’s fair?

Please, help me spread the word so that the culprit will learn his lesson. He attempted to put credits but the whole content of each post was there. Right now, you’ll no longer see any of the posts I’m talking about since he deleted it already.

But, the good thing is I was able to track him down and knew everything about him. He is a freelancer who really steals and scrapes off other websites’ contents. A freelancer or a “free rider“?

So beware of this person (remove him from your twitter and plurk accounts, even on other social networking sites):

FEDERICO GARCIA aka “Content Stealer, Web thief”

  • his job is to steal other people’s work
  • he owns Fedmich Computer Shop located in Las Piñas
  • he owns this shitty, crappy site where stolen works are posted as if he owns them: http://www.fedmich.com/ (please don’t create a hyperlink. He’ll just benefit from it, his pagerank might increase)

To quote someone from another website:

“First – make your website.
second – Make it good enough for people to want to steal.
Once you get this far you should be extremely proud of yourself.”
