With American Idol Season 7 semi-finalists who did their versions of The Beatles’ songs, it seems that Amanda Overmyer wasn’t lucky enough this week for being voted off of the show as against the two other contestants, Carly Smithson and Kristy Lee Cook, who were at the bottom spots with her in tonight’s show.

Amanda, 23, auditioned at Atlanta but her hometown is in Mulberry, IN.

Among the top 11, Brooke White was the first to be safe for next week’s competition. She was followed by David Archuleta and Michael Johns. Other contestants who made it to the Touring Top 10 are Jason Castro, Ramiele Malubay, Syesha Mercado, Chikezie, David Cook, Carly Smithson and Kristy Lee Cook.

Next week will be another week for those who belong to the top 10. Performance night on Tuesday and results on Wednesday on Fox.
